Please note that due to the complexities of our fulfillment process, we are unable to change or update any information, apply any promotional codes, or cancel an order once an order has been placed at checkout.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your items out, and 12 days for handmade items to be shipped out.
This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 5/12 days for the item/items to be shipped.
This does not mean that it's gonna take 12 days but that is the maximum that it could take us to produce and ship.
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.
We will work as quickly as possible to ship out all orders, however due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed.
Once you are notified that your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all further shipping questions will be handled by USPS.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the items purchased. We do not profit off of shipping costs and strive to offer the lowest shipping prices that we possibly can.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please note that for each handmade item returned there's gonna be a restocking fee of 15%. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
For handmade items exchanges might not be possible due to fabric availability.
If you'd like an exchange we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail so we can let you know what your options are.
To return an item follow the steps that you'll find on the form inside your package.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
