Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing us.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all orders.

This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 3 days for the item/items to be shipped. 

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.

We will work as quickly as possible to ship out all orders, however due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed.

Once you are notified that your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all further shipping questions will be handled by USPS. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the items purchased. We do not profit off of shipping costs and strive to offer the lowest shipping prices that we possibly can.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at mochi@mochiwear.com.

Once your return has been approved we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to address that we gave you.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service e-mail to arrange a refund or exchange.
